African Refinery Port Harcourt Limited is the joint venture behind a 100,000 BPD refinery being developed in partnership with NNPCL — one of Nigeria’s most strategically significant energy projects. They needed a website that could communicate both the scale of the undertaking and the credibility of the JV to investors, government stakeholders, and the press.

The brief demanded a site that felt national in ambition. We structured the content around three audience needs: demonstrating strategic importance, tracking project milestones, and building stakeholder confidence. A timeline of project phases — from the 2021 JV agreement through to the 2025 gantry rehabilitation — was crafted to show momentum. Imagery and copy were chosen to project operational seriousness.

The resulting site carries the weight of a headline infrastructure project. Clear milestone tracking, leadership profiles, and integrated media coverage combine to tell a compelling story of progress. ARPHL’s digital home now matches the ambition of its mission: fueling Nigeria’s future.
